Security is among our highest priorities. We afford our account holders, both WatleyTraders and UltimateTraders, some of the most advanced security technology available. WatleyTrader, our Web product, requires that all customers establish a secure, encrypted connection to the Trading and Accounts portion of our site via Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers or AOL . We employ what is known as 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption software. You self-select your own user name and password, and enter it each time you log on. Further, you can change your password at any time. If your account is inactive for more than fifteen minutes while you are online and connected to us, you are prompted to re-enter your username and password. UltimateTrader clients are not on the Web. Not only do these accounts have multi-layered password protection, but also the UltimateTrader software uses a derivative TCP/IP protocol for data transmission. In addition to state-of-the-art encryption, we implement policy procedures that dictate that any account liquidating via money transfer or monies transferred from an account, is done so only by the account holder through signed, authorized signature.
